Returns Policy

Cancelling your order
Should you need to cancel your order then please email customerservice@Electric-Games.co.uk as soon as possible.
If you have not had a dispatch confirmation, then we should be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Please indicate your order reference number in your correspondence with us. 
If you order has been dispatched please do not sign for the item and the goods will be returned to sender. A full refund will be issued upon return. Refund's can take up 7 - 10 days to be processed.
Changed my mind– Please can I return?
If for some reason you change your mind and would like a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know, and another 14 days to return the goods to us.
You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund.
To request a return, you need to contact us via our email address: 
Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your correspondence.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unused.
Faulty item.
We are sorry to hear your item has obtained a fault (in 30 days).
