We recently had a bit of a scare: we heard that there wouldn’t be a FIFA 23 game. What? Really? Yeah! Kind of – it’s complicated. Anyway, I can hear your heart racing through your chest at the prospect of the FIFA games ending, so I am going to clear the air. Here goes:  

As I am sure you have heard, the Mjolnir armour suit has found a new spark of life in Halo Infinite, a game with some massive boots to fill. Being one of the most esteemed gaming series ever seen, I don’t need to tell you that Halo Infinite is a first-person role-playing shooter. You know already… you’ve always known. Infinite is again developed by 343 Industries, and in its entirety looks superb – the visuals in this game look insane, particularly when you have watched the series mature over the years. The Halo series has admittedly fell off in the past few years, Infinite looks to break the curse.  Since its announcement in 2019 at E3, where The Pilot comes across a stranded Master Chief floating aimlessly in space, we know a considerable amount more about the Halo Infinite’s inner sanctum – let’s drop right on in.

Many of us have been playing video games together for years if not decades, be that on the Atari consoles, the Wii, Xbox, or PlayStation – we know full well how fun gaming with friends can be. As we grow up, though, many of us prefer a solo venture, or we might play with friends, but for whatever reason we seldom game with our romantic partners. This Christmas, we’re aiming to galvanise the couples out there to get involved in some co-op gaming adventures this holiday. Knowing the game with the best bang for your buck is difficult, but that’s why we’re here! Let us begin!
